HALF-DAY WORKSHOP: The goal of the workshop is to understand and experiment with a number of ways of designing tessellating shapes. Does not require drawing skill; only a willingness to try a new thing. The participant will leave with her own tessellations and ideas for quilts. Two hours. No sewing.

FULL-DAY WORKSHOP: The goal of the workshop is to understand and try out a number of ways of designing tessellating shapes, to choose one and design a quilt, and to begin cutting and sewing. Help with curved lines and Y seams. Five hours (9:30 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 3:30). Extra time if needed.
